Vacation Bible Week
This year’s theme for Vacation Bible Week is “Rainforest Falls”. Children in grades K-5 are welcome to join us as they travel through the psalms of the Bible learning about the nature of God. There will be games, snacks, crafts, cinema, stories, dancing, and plenty of goodies to take home. This is a great opportunity for a core memory for children! We will have an opening ceremony at St. Aloysius Church Hall on Friday July 10th with a pizza party at 6:00 where the kids can meet their counselors and the parents can learn about what their kids will be learning during the following week to prepare for great conversation at home about God.
The Vacation Bible Week be July 13-17 and go from 9:00-2:30 and will take place in the St. Aloysius Formation Building behind the church. We are adding an “adult” station at the end of the day that parents can partake in to learn some easy habits to try out at home with their children about the faith.
We are limited to 70 campers as we do not want to overload the classrooms at the St. Aloysius Formation Building, so register now! The fee for each child is $40.00. Payment can be made by check or online. On the home page of stlukect.org, please go to online payments and select “Vacation Bible Week” at the bottom to make an online payment.
